Context
Inside ENSAM’s enginnering course, every student must complete a 6-month internship. This experience helps students to discover the professional world and to apply their knowledge in a real context. For mine, I chose to work inside Sysnav, a company that develops positioning and tracking solutions for industrial applications.
Work
I joined the maintenance team as a software developer. My main task was to define, build and deploy internal tools to help the team to manage the devices. My main language was Python but I learned how to use multiples API and external softwares to deliver the expected results.
Results
I built from the ground up an internal tool to help the team to manage faulty devices remotely. This tool manage more than 1 000 devices all over the world. It successfully divided by 3 the response time.
